Our fees for reserve study services are based on the amount of time needed to complete a comprehensive, accurate and reliable study that you can be confident in basing budgeting decisions on. The proposal will be all inclusive unless we specifically indicate otherwise via email.
Included in our fee is a Boost Your Own Budget Excel Based Worksheet to run what if scenarios. A screenshot of a sample Boost worksheet can be found at the link to the right.
Our reserve studies are completed by designated and experienced professionals (we do not use trainees), that exceed State minimum reporting standards, and comply with National Reserve Study Standards. We look forward to getting started working with your organization!
